During Walking Qigong we cultivate Energy using circular movements of the palms and focus on the lower belly.
We access the balancing Energies of Nature and support them to flow deeply through the Meridians of the arms and legs, nourishing all the organs and tissues of the body.
After Practice we feel relaxed, alive, refreshed and more peaceful. Yum!
