Stand or sit for a moment.

Place the hands against the lower belly.

Notice your breathing.

Focus on the belly (and the hands) moving in and out.

Notice that soon the belly is moving in and out in harmony with the breath.

Become aware that breathing is slowing down.

Become aware that breathing is becoming deeper.

Notice how you are feeling.

. . .  the body is relaxing,

. . .  you are feeling calmer,

. . .  you are feeling more peaceful.


Practise the above for 5 minutes 3 times a day.

Soon you will notice that you are ‘automatically’ Practising while standing in a queue, when talking with a friend, as you walk to the car etc

. . . then you will find that each day you feel a little happier, more relaxed, start to sleep better and enjoy life more.
